Order Steps
Step 1. You Choose a body style you like to present your personalized figurine and order online.
Step 2. Submit your payment via PayPal(According to the price of body style click “Add To Cart” below). We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card. Our PayPal email account is topairgear@gmail.com
Step 3. Email your picture、body style picture(copy the picture into email) and requirements(as change color、word or anyting you like) to infmetry@gmail.com along with order details. After you placed your order, an email order confirmation will be sent to you shortly.
Tips: 2 photos (3 or more are better)
A. Clear features is quite important: Eyes, nose, mouth have to be seen clearly from the front side!!
B. Body must be visible in the photo!
Step 4. We sculpt your figurine by hand based on your photo. Then we’ll email your an initial clay sculpture and you can email us any idea you like to change. According to your opinion we sculpt your figruine again, and we email you again until you satisfied with your clay sculpture. You can also sent more photos as example to request us whatever hair style, dress, pose, and facial expressions that you would like the polymer clay doll to be fashioned. So each one will be created with your ideas, designs and specifications. No charge to you with changes, but too much changes may cause a delay to the final delivery. No response within 48 hours will be deem as admited, and we’ll go on the processes.
Step 5. Lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Expedited service is available. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.
